Refund & Returns Policy

We take great care in the craftsmanship and quality of each handmade piece that we produce. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • Items are returned in their original condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order or custom items

  • Items produced after pre-stock quantities have sold out

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (unless faulty)

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for out products.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it (subject to our approval) and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

 

Due to the nature of small-batch and handmade production, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
